Thanks to our excellent collaboration with Hordaland Art Centre this arena is our most frequent meeting place during the festival, and will accommodate several performances and discursive events that have speculative future thinking, the meal and its atmosphere as a common denominator.
Many of you may have noticed a mysterious invitation to ‘40 things to eat’ in the programme for the closing day of the festival, and wondered what this quirky concept could be.
We can now reveal that we have a surprise for you all as part of the closing party at Hordaland Art Centre: You are all invited to contribute with a canapé that selects a year in the history of BIT Teatergarasjen, celebrating or commemorating a performance, a feeling or any other association you may have. You are free to be radical!
Contributions can be handed in at Hordaland Art Centre on Saturday 26th between 12:00 and 14:00. We look forward to your contribution!

After the party, we move on to our friends in Sju Fjell Bergsystem and their Engen Dub Club at Cafe Opera.
They spin records in the roots, rock, reggae, dub, steppas and bass genres.
Free entry, 20-year age limit. Sju Fjell Hot Sauce will be sold if you fancy more flavours after our canapé special.
On days when we don’t have anything going on, normal opening hours apply in the café at Hordaland Kunstsenter from Wednesday to Sunday from 12.00-17.00.
