BIT Teatergarasjen is led by the Artistic Director and the Managing Director, who together share the overall responsibility and work in close collaboration on the overall operation of the BIT Teatergarasjen.
The Artistic Director has a special responsibility for programming and production, while the Managing Director has a special responsibility for finance, funding, and personnel.
The Artistic Director is the general manager, and the Managing Director is the deputy.
Team Programme & Production is responsible for programme content, as well as the planning and implementation of events and activities.
Team Technical Production is responsible for the technical planning and execution of events and activities, as well as the operation and maintenance of technical equipment.
Team Communication & Outreach is responsible for the communication, marketing and sales of all events and activities. This includes all communication channels and press.
Outreach is responsible for ensuring that all activities take into account different audience groups into account and for implementing new forms of audience collaboration.
Team Admin & Finance is responsible for accounting, budgets, contracts and salaries, applications and reports, as well as IT and work tools.
