What traces does dance leave as an artistic practice? What is found on the outskirts and in the aftermath? dead dead document is a work that examines dance as a porous phenomenon and directs our gaze towards a changing space. In this three-hour long choreography, performers Lisa Schåman and Tuuli Vahtola take place in the archive exhibition BIT Teatergarasjen i 40 år
at the University Library in Bergen. The public is invited to move around in the exhibition with them, and read the essay they have written, It Absorbs: On Dance as a Porous Art Object.
